This hotel project is located on a scenic hillside near Batumi, Georgia, overlooking the Black Sea and the city below. It features a series of individually designed villas and studio-style suites, each offering a unique interior concept.
Though part of a single hospitality vision, every unit reflects its own character, blending comfort, style, and the surrounding nature into a refined retreat experience.

This studio embraces the calm minimalism of Japandi design—a fusion of Japanese elegance and Scandinavian warmth. The space offers a serene, well-balanced environment where natural textures and muted tones come together in quiet harmony.

Soft microcement walls in warm, light shades serve as a neutral backdrop for light-toned wooden elements and minimalistic furniture. The design focuses on clean lines, thoughtful simplicity, and a deep connection to nature—both visually and emotionally.

The furnishings are upholstered in light linen fabrics that enhance the room’s airy feel, while subtle decorative accents, such as a carefully placed bonsai tree, add a poetic sense of stillness. Every material and surface was chosen to reflect both functionality and peace, creating a retreat that invites slow living and mindful rest.
