Three identical 40 sqm apartments designed in the same style but with different color palettes—beige, gray, and deep red. Each space features matching-toned wood finishes, creating a unified yet distinct atmosphere for each interior.
The client acquired three identical 40-square-meter apartments in a newly built residential complex with the goal of selling them as fully designed, move-in-ready homes. The request was to maintain a consistent design concept across all three interiors, with variations only in color.

To meet this vision, I developed three color-themed designs: one in soft beige tones, another in a sleek gray palette, and the third in a bold, deep red scheme. Each apartment features carefully matched wood textures and tones throughout the furniture and wall finishes, enhancing the visual harmony and identity of each space.
This project focuses on balance—keeping form and layout consistent, while allowing color to define personality and mood.
